Notes

This search targeted peer-reviewed research on behavioral interview validity for neurodivergent candidates. The Maras et al. (2020) study is the gold-standard source: a controlled experiment with 50 participants measuring the performance gap and testing adaptations. Several other promising peer-reviewed studies (Finn et al. 2023, Chang et al. 2023) were identified but could not be accessed (paywall/403 errors) — flagged as a gap.
