Statement: The individual figures are from the OSSRA report but have been combined from different editions or contexts — the 87%, 581, and 107% may not all come from the same report year, or one or more figures may be inaccurate as stated.
Supporting Evidence Would Show¶
- Different OSSRA report editions containing different subsets of these figures.
- Evidence that the 87% comes from one year and the 581 average from another.
- The actual OSSRA report showing different numbers (e.g., 84% instead of 87%, or 549 instead of 581).
Eliminating Evidence Would Show¶
- A single OSSRA report edition containing all three figures exactly as stated.
- Multiple secondary sources consistently citing all three figures together from the same report.
