Q002 — ACH Matrix¶
Evidence vs. Hypotheses Matrix¶
| Evidence | H1 Unified frameworks exist | H2 Domains remain siloed | H3 Partial bridges exist |
|---|---|---|---|
| SRC01-E01 — Tecuci: scientific method via Wigmore charts | - | - | ++ |
| SRC02-E01 — Prunckun: social science for IC | - | - | ++ |
| SRC03-E01 — Treverton: calls for bridging | -- | + | + |
| SRC04-E01 — Marcoci: scientific evaluation of ICD 203 | N/A | + | + |
| SRC05-E01 — Heuer/Pherson: 66 SATs self-contained | - | ++ | + |
| SRC06-E01 — CIA Primer: no scientific framework refs | -- | ++ | N/A |
Legend: ++ Strongly supports, + Supports, - Contradicts, -- Strongly contradicts, N/A Not applicable
Diagnosticity Analysis¶
- Most diagnostic evidence: SRC03-E01 (Treverton calling for a bridge that does not exist) and SRC06-E01 (IC baseline document with no scientific references) are most diagnostic for H1.
- Least diagnostic: SRC04-E01 has limited diagnosticity as it addresses evaluation, not integration.
- Key pattern: SRC01 and SRC02 both contradict H2 (too absolute) while supporting H3, providing the nuanced middle ground.
Outcome¶
H3 (Partial bridges exist) is overwhelmingly supported. H1 (Unified frameworks exist) has the most contradicting evidence. H2 (Completely siloed) is moderated by evidence of partial bridging.
