Has anyone published a systematic combination of intelligence community analytical standards (such as ICD 203) with scientific methodology frameworks (such as GRADE, PRISMA, Cochrane, IPCC) into a single unified research methodology?

BLUF¶

Very unlikely (05-20%). Multiple scholars have recognized the parallels between IC and scientific methodology traditions and called for bridging (Treverton, Prunckun, Tecuci), but no published unified framework was found. The domains developed independently with striking parallel concepts that remain unconnected.
