Reasoning¶
H3 overstates the case. While some training is clearly adoption-focused (particularly from consulting firms and training vendors), the government-led initiatives (DOL, GSA, NHS) and regulatory mandates (EU AI Act) represent genuine efforts to educate about AI limitations. The evidence does not support the claim that limitations are entirely ignored. However, H3 captures an important grain of truth: the ratio of capabilities-to-limitations content in most visible training programs skews heavily toward capabilities.
Relationship to Other Hypotheses¶
H3 represents the researcher's prior expectation (per the researcher profile: "Belief that corporate AI training is likely superficial and checkbox-driven"). The evidence partially validates this concern but does not fully support such a strong position, especially in the government training space.
