R0031/2026-03-29/C002/H3¶
Statement¶
The claim is materially wrong: the 66% figure and the use-despite-distrust phenomenon are fabricated or severely misrepresented.
Status¶
Current: Eliminated
Supporting Evidence¶
| Evidence | Summary |
|---|---|
| None | The underlying phenomenon is well-documented across multiple sources |
Contradicting Evidence¶
| Evidence | Summary |
|---|---|
| SRC01-E01 | Ipsos documents the use-despite-distrust phenomenon |
| SRC03-E01 | KPMG confirms 66% usage with only 46% trust |
Reasoning¶
While the attribution is wrong, the phenomenon is real and the 66% figure is real (just from a different source). This is an attribution error, not a material fabrication.
Relationship to Other Hypotheses¶
H3 is eliminated. The error is in attribution (H2 territory), not in substance.
