"22% of all college students surveyed have used AI tools to help complete assignments or exams. This represents half of the 43% who have used AI tools overall." Among AI users on assignments: 50% used for some parts, 30% used for majority, 17% submitted entirely AI-generated with no edits. Survey conducted March 6-13, 2023, N=1,000 US college students.
