758 BCG consultants (7% of workforce) were studied. Below-average performers improved by 43% with AI; top performers improved by 17%. For 18 realistic consulting tasks inside the AI frontier, consultants using AI completed 12.2% more tasks, 25.1% more quickly, with 40%+ higher quality.
